EPOC will be held this year at the Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat, a wonderful retreat center in the eastern foothills of the Cascades. Sleeping Lady has a reputation for excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere. While conferring with your colleagues, you may also enjoy: hiking along the river, using the hot tub or sauna, sitting around the fireplace in the Grotto bar, or swimming in the boulder-lined pool.

Our Sleeping Lady lodging options are now filled, but late registration is still possible as an offsite lodger (last option below). You will then need to make your own lodging arrangements in nearby Leavenworth, WA.

Two payment methods are available. Either:
1. Pay using a credit card (via paypal, our credit card processor) using
the "buy now" buttons above.
2. Write a check payable to EPOC and send to:
In case of cancellations, the $225 registration fee is fully refundable.
EPOC will attempt to refund as much of the lodging and food fees
as possible. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a particular
refundable amount at this time, as this depends on the total number
of registrants and restrictions set by the Sleeping Lady resort.
