If you would like to dine at the renowned Cascade Dining Room on Wednesday evening (highly recommended), you should make table reservations in advance by calling (503) 272-3700. Timberline lodgers will have a voucher for Wednesday dinner to a face value of $28 which they can spend in the Cascade Dining Room or elsewhere in the Lodge. If you would like to form a table group for Wednesday dinner, post a message to the message board.
Last seating in the Cascade Dining Room is at 8 pm, but late arrivers can eat in the Ram's Head Bar until 11 pm.
Some reminders of what you do and do not get in your Timberline lodging package:
Meal vouchers will be provided for Wednesday Dinner and Thursday/Friday lunch with face values of $28 and $10 respectively. These vouchers can be used at one of several dining locations in the Lodge. The package includes a gratuity in addition to the face value of the voucher. Also included in the package are breakfast each morning, heavy hors d'oeuvres prior to the poster session (Thursday) and the EPOC banquet (Friday). So, depending on which nights you reserve a room at the package rate, you receive:
Two drinks vouchers are provided to all attending the poster session. Drinks at the banquet must be paid for individually.
