Data Description and Status:

2 cruises - May 2001/August 2001

• All shipboard underway data (met, position, etc.) has been processed for
  both cruises and is available on our website at
  http://mixing.coas.oregonstate.edu/research/shelf/coast_files/coast.htm.
  
• All ADCP data for both cruises has been processed and is available at the
  same website.
  
• A new, finer resolution bathymetry data set has recently been produced
  and is available on our website.
  
• Chameleon turbulence profiling data (> 15,000 profiles in total for the 2
  cruises; nearly continuous) includes temperature, salinity, density, optical
  backscatter (880 nm) and turbulence dissipation rate. This is undergoing
  continual revision as we get deeper into the analysis.
  
• Thompson hydrosweep echosounder array was turned on for cruise durations.
  Raw data available on request.
  
• Narrow-beam 120 kHz echosounder deployed in ship's hull on 2nd cruise.
  This ran continually. We are figuring out how to best analyse these data.
