Subject: Thompson Report May 19Turbulence profiling completely operational. Pumping system and optics completely operation, three nutrients plus CO2 on line. Last night we completed another ADCP survey of the CH-line, and two turbulence transects along the the line.
This morning we did another CH line ADCP survey. We are at CH-1 08:30 local time and about to do another run of the CH-line with turbulence profiling surface to bottom and pump profiling surface to 80 m. After that run we will do another ADCP survey.
Will probably spend a couple or few more days on the CH line, looks like the winds are picking up.
